1. The Customer hereby indemnifies and holds Aero Inspection International Ltd (Aii) harmless from and against all claims for damages for which Aii or its contractors may be legally liable arising out of the performance of this agreement unless the effective cause thereof is the negligence or wilful misconduct of Aii or any of its contractors.
2. Aii supplies personnel to assist the Customer. The Customer takes responsibility for insuring, training and authorising the personnel to work on their behalf.
3. Credit facilities are only afforded to clients who have accounts with the company. All other transactions are on a strictly cash basis.
